How time-series reasoning extends into simulation outputs

For CAE teams comparing AI claims against the structure of real simulation data.

Simulation outputs are often temporal even when the final slide is static. The signal lives in trajectories, transients, residuals, convergence behavior, and relationships across runs.

Time-series reasoning asks what changed, when it changed, what preceded it, and whether the same pattern appears across related scenarios.

The engineering value comes from narrowing where a human should inspect, not from declaring that the model has replaced the solver.
